  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Time & Coverage

We offer premium shipping options to select countries worldwide. Our standard estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 15 business days.
  • Eligible Countries & Regions:
    • Europe: Most European countries (including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.).
    • North America: United States, Canada.
    • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
  • Please Note: Delivery is unavailable to remote islands, overseas territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) of the countries listed above.

3. Order Tracking

  • To guarantee the security of your funds and goods, all shipments feature end-to-end tracking services.
  • You can monitor your package's real-time updates on our "Track Your Order" page using the tracking number provided.
  • Due to international transit logistics, tracking updates may occasionally experience a 1–3 day synchronization delay, which is completely normal.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Standard shipping fees do not include import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs fees imposed by your destination country.
  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within our standard timeframe, unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Local postal strikes or public service disruptions.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from the shipment date, please contact our official support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide you with an appropriate solution.
